Our age categories are Miss, Ms, Mrs, Ms Classic.
Miss 18-24 are the girls who have never been married and don’t have children.
Ms 24-44 are successful unmarried women with or without children.
Mrs 24-44 are married women.
Ms Classic 45+ are bright and successful women over 45 who have either been married or not.

I conduct healing Gong meditations, creating a careful and nurturing space where women can remove all their masks and truly open up to themselves. I am a sound therapist, conducting sound therapy sessions using Gong, crystal and Tibetan bowls, and additional sound therapeutic instruments. Over the years, I have studied sound healing techniques from various teachers, healers, and shamans. I also study various techniques to support and reveal the female nature.
One of the techniques for revealing the female nature is the “Standing on Nails” practice. For three years, I have been working with Sadhu boards, conducting deep therapeutic sessions where women face the truth, honestly answer their own questions, and receive answers that change their lives. I have never seen such practices in my life where changes happen so quickly in the moment.
Since 2014, my life has changed dramatically; I became an immigrant, not knowing what I wanted or where to move forward. I worked as a personal trainer for women, developing individual programs and creating nutrition plans while trying myself in different niches. In 2017, a turning point occurred that changed my life. I experienced the loss of a child, which was the most painful experience for which I learned to be grateful.
From 2018, I began to heal myself and immersed myself in the world of energies, deep practices, and transformations. During this time, I completed many training courses, each being a puzzle that complemented the other. I discovered the world of sacred plants, which became my teachers and mentors. Shamans entered my life, who continue to teach and guide me to this day.
For the past five years, I have been working with women, providing each with individual therapy, practice, and healing. Since 2019, I have been swaddling women with various requests, never refusing anyone, sometimes taking on the most difficult cases, such as the loss of children. If it weren’t for my experience, I wouldn’t be able to endure the pain that women bring. Sacred swaddling is a rebirth, a transition from an old life stage to a new one. The swaddling is filled with warmth and love, helping to let go of the old and enter the new.
In 2022, I created a “Red Tent” in my space where women gather in a circle, unite, heal through their stories, fill up, and breathe out. That summer, I approached a Spanish woman, a “Curandera” – healer, shaman. My intention was to close the loss of my son. She conducted a plant ceremony for me, attended by 42 women. It’s impossible to describe the healing nature of the ceremony in words. It was my door to a new life.
2023 is the year of my significant expansion. I participated in the “MOON DANCE” ceremony, which occurs once a year for four years. For the first time, I supported our friend in the “Vision Quest” ceremony, one of the oldest indigenous practices. And my journey doesn’t end there. This year, I will support my husband, who will participate for the first time.
I conducted five Retreats with a sacred bath. I delved into the study of Sacred Geometry and the universe through it. The meaning of which is still not fully understood. But now I know how I can create amulets for women using symbols.
I dedicate part of my time to learning; psychology is another branch of my path, which I gradually study and apply in practice with women. I began studying Meta Constellations. I love gathering women around the fire, singing songs, sharing stories, carefully listening to each one, and remembering that we women came into this world to love and support each other.
They say that “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.” But word will soon get out about Ms World 2024 and how it is rethinking industry standards!
